What happens if the hired car breaks down?

Our classic cars are regularly maintained and serviced by our team of experts in our garage. Also, each rented car is checked for one last time before it is given to the client. However, considering the fact that hired classic cars are mimimum 30 years old and the fact that even new model cars may break down these days, there is always a possibility that such breakdowns may occur. In case of a problem, your rental car will be replaced with a new car that is closest in style to the broken-down car depending on availability. If there is no available classic car, our roadside assistance car (a non-classic car) will step in to provide you with transport.



Is there any possibility that I may be given a car that is different than the one I booked?

No. All of the cars in the collection belong to one person, and are kept in a museum. Such a thing may happen only with your approval in the event that your rental car breaks down because of unexpected reasons (acts of God).



I want to give a close friend of mine one of your services as a gift, is it possible?

Is it possible to hire cars for out of town trips?

How can I get information about prices of your services?

First select a classic car you want to hire and then complete the form next to it or you can contact us by phone. We will get back to you as soon as possible.



When should I book a car? How long before the check-out date?

We suggest that you book the car of your choice as early as possible considering its availability.



What are terms and conditions for payment?

Once an agreement has been made for the dates you want to hire the car, you must pay the requested deposit and make the remaining payment one day before your pick-up date.



What is included in the service?

Our service includes the car, km/gas, payments for the toll roads, compulsory traffic insurance and voluntary car insurance (KASKO), as well as VAT that are specified on the rate proposal sent to you.



Is there a mileage limit?

Yes. All cars on Klakson have a standard mileage cap. According to this, 80 km up to 8 hours, and 100 km up to 12 hours and 130 km up to 16 hours.
